Duration of Study: 6 Years (5 years study+1 year training)

Degree: PharmD (Clinical Pharmacy)

Distinguished Features of Clinical Pharmacy Program:

• The graduates of the program are capable of providing health care services in hospitals and medical centers in the field of clinical pharmacy and drug information services.
• The program is distinguished as a credit hours program that allows the student to choose the number of subjects and hours to study during the semester; the students undergo practical training in the pharmaceutical institutions and clinical training in the educational hospitals under supervision of the faculty members.

Characteristics of Program Graduates

1. Excellence in practice of clinical pharmacy and providing health care services in hospitals and medical centers.
2. Qualified clinical pharmacists able to work in public and private pharmacies, industrial factories and companies, pharmaceutical control, drug information centers, pharmacovigilance centers and food analysis labs.
3. The graduates exhibit high competitiveness at the regional level owing to their high qualification.
4. The students undergo practical training in the Faculty at the educational factory, educational pharmacy and drug and poison information center.
5. The students undergo field training in the hospitals, medical centers, and drug companies that enables them to acquire professional skills and competencies.
6. The Faculty offers the graduates the opportunity to be enrolled in any postgraduate program.
