The papers required in the program and the procedures for enrollment:

1. Diploma of the Institute of Nursing Technical Institute with a good general estimate

2. Certificate of internship or a document of employment status.

3. Birth certificate + 2 copies of it.

4. A certificate of good conduct and behavior.

5. Testimony of military treatment for males or exemption from recruitment for those who have arrived from conscription.

6. Work side approval.

7. 6 portraits.
