First: Developing the educational process: It is done through the following points:

Adopting standard criteria by which to improve the quality of programs in the long run.
Update the program and course descriptions according to the adopted academic standards.
Relying on modern patterns of learning:
Adopting a policy of self-learning and its provision of a sophisticated library that is sufficient for students' numbers and equipped with references.
Development and equipping of specialized college laboratories and computer labs.
Expanding the provision of contact information network.
Establish a linkage mechanism to evaluate students in the self-learning system.
Relying on electronic courses in learning by transferring 10% as a minimum of the college’s decisions to the electronic image.
Exam Management Development:
Define all responsibilities and provide the appropriate mechanisms and the appropriate environment for conducting exam operations smoothly, with the declaration of all participants.
Create an appropriate psychological environment for students and provide all facilities for that.
Issuing a brochure on the process of developing student evaluation systems and exams.

Activating the employment forum to find job opportunities for graduates.
Inviting different organizations to attend the graduates day.
Second: Improving student services: It is done through the following points:
Development of work in the Department of Students and Alumni Affairs:
Mechanization of work in the administration to speed the completion of the tasks assigned to it.
Relying on the MIS unit in the college and training all employees.
Developing the current headquarters for Student Affairs to represent an appropriate environment for students' service.
Supporting student activities:
Develop an integrated plan and program for student activities to include cultural, social, sports, etc. activities.
Providing support, guidance and supervision of activities through youth care in the college.
Equipping the triple ball court and organizing courses and sporting activities to discover sports talents.
Participation in all competitions in the various activities, whether between the university’s colleges or between the Egyptian university’s colleges for distinguished competition in those competitions.
Support, direction and guidance:
Providing material and moral support to students.
Establishing a support mechanism such as reducing tuition fees, in-kind support, free treatment, and distributing free textbooks in coordination with the faculty.
Encouraging distinguished students scientifically, mathematically and culturally.
Participation in the student exchange program between Arab universities.
Distributing prizes to the first college in receiving new students every year to be an ideal for new students.
Provide guidance and guidance to students by relying on the mechanism of academic guidance.
Improving the educational structure:

Scientific trips
The department supervises scientific trips and field visits to students
Workshops
Assistive workshops for students, such as some workshops, are used for professors and specialized experts
Students are also informed about external workshops inside and outside Egypt, and the results of the workshops are presented to their colleagues through internal scientific lectures and meetings that the program supervises their implementation.

They are used in some projects of the program decisions and in some theoretical courses, such as the theories of architecture theories, project management, architectural construction and executive designs.
