The student shall be considered dropped out if he/she does not enroll in a semester or withdraw from the semester either with or without an excuse.

A student may drop out for two consecutive semesters or a maximum of three non- consecutive semesters provided that the executive committee of the program approves it. The student is dismissed from the university if his/her suspension is for a longer period without an excuse accepted by the executive committee of the program and approved by higher committee of the program.
