The student is considered dropped out if he/she does not register in a semester. A student may drop out for a maximum of two consecutive or non-consecutive semesters provided that the Higher Committee accepts it. The student will be dismissed from the program if his/her suspension is for a longer period without an excuse accepted by the Higher Committee
