Mission:

Faculty of Science, Tanta University, aims to be distinguished in offering educational programs in basic sciences that enable students to acquire knowledge and skills needed for competition in labor market. In addition, the Faculty seeks to upgrade scientific research system to conduct unique research in basic and applied science to participate in development of the educational process and to solve community problems at the local and regional levels. The Faculty is keen on alumni’s good so new programs of double major (Chemistry Program) were added based on ministerial decree No. 1820 issued on June 26, 2012. .
