Providing advanced academic programs for undergraduate and graduate studies to qualify pharmacists and researchers who are able to compete inside and outside the country in providing pharmacy services, advancing pharmacy education, scientific research, and supporting and developing the pharmaceutical industry. The college also seeks to develop human cadres, including workers, students, alumni, and active participation in community service, in light of commitment to ethical and professional values.
