The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Specialist) program offers knowledge, skills, and practical competencies in the nursing field that assist graduates in becoming qualified nurses who are able to meet social needs and provide nursing care for patients of different ages at various levels of healthcare. Adult nursing, obstetrics and gynecology nursing, pediatric nursing, community health nursing, mental health nursing, and nursing management are all studied during the program.
To achieve these, the students exercise a number of skills in practical training, both general and specialized skills, that qualify them to provide nursing care. This program prepares students to provide specialized nursing care using creative thinking and evidence-based decision-making. The program contains specialized tracks chosen by the students during the study. The nursing majors that the student acquires through practical training differ according to the needs of the community surrounding the faculty.
