On April 7-8, 2020, the Department of Arabic Language and Literature for Non-Speakers of the Faculty of Arts, University of Tanta, will organize its first scientific conference entitled: The First International Scientific Conference on Arabic Language and Literature for Non-Speakers: New Insights under the care of : the President of the University Prof. Majdi Sabaa the Dean of the College Prof. Mamdouh Al-Masry Conference Chairman: Prof. Dr. Abdul Karim Jabal Conference Reporter: Dr. Subhi Al-Fiqi Conference Secretary General: Prof. Osama Al-Beheiri Conference goals: • Exchanging experiences across the world between those interested in teaching Arabic language and literature to non-native speakers. • List the obstacles, and how to overcome them. Establishing international standards that facilitate the Arabic language for non-native speakers. • Future visions of these programs. Discussing the reality of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. Benefiting from modern technology and modern means of communication as well. • Allocating scientific workshops with international standards for these programs. • Discuss the skills standards required for non-Arabic speakers. The future of the Arabic language in non-Arabic speaking peoples.

All students of the Arabic Language and Literature Division performed for non-native speakers; the four teams, first semester tests 2019-2020, easily and easily, without any violation being observed during the performance of the tests. The students have completed their exams with care, attention and care from the university and college administrations to ensure that all students are provided with the convenience to take the exams in calm and reassurance.
